Founded in 1996 as Kitch Ltd in the UK, our journey has been one of evolution and global impact. Originally established to cater to the UK market, we expanded our operations to the Caribbean in 2008, where we flourished for over a decade. In 2020, we returned to our roots in the UK, rebranded as Kitch International Ltd, with a renewed focus on delivering innovative solutions to clients across the globe. With over two decades of experience, we have built a reputation for excellence in guiding organizations through organizational change, business transformation, and leadership coaching. Felicia Linch, MBA, CIPD, LLB
Meet Felicia Linch, a dynamic leader with a wealth of experience in transforming business performance across the Caribbean, U.K., and Africa. As the owner and Director of Kitch International Ltd, Felicia specializes in integrating governance, strategy, and transformational capabilities to drive organizational excellence in both private and public sectors. Her impressive portfolio includes leading large-scale projects and collaborating with prestigious international organizations. Transforming Business Performance in Private and Public Sectors
Felicia Linch has extensive experience in the Caribbean, U.K., and Africa, focusing on organizational transformation in both private and public sectors. She integrates governance, strategy, and transformational capabilities like culture and leadership. Since 2007, she has been the owner and Director of Kitch Consulting and Coaching Ltd.
Felicia has led large-scale transformation projects and Technical Assistance programs in the Caribbean and Latin America. Her work includes collaborations with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), European Union (EU), Department for International Development (DFID), and the World Bank (WB). She has also designed and implemented transformations in the Banking and Professional Services sectors.
Notable projects include:
An EU-funded Business Transformation program for the Government of the Turks & Caicos Islands, improving service delivery and developing an Investment Policy White Paper.
Leading the DfID-funded Public Sector Reform Programme for the Government of Montserrat, developing a Policy Agenda and a National Performance Framework.
A Public Expenditure Review for the Government of Barbados, providing strategic recommendations for increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Felicia’s work with FirstCaribbean International Bank’s Internal Customer Engagement Strategy resulted in a 41% increase in internal customer satisfaction within 12 months. She also developed a new performance management system for the CARICOM Secretariat, initiating a culture change dialogue.
Felicia has facilitated strategic planning, developed performance frameworks, and redesigned organizational structures for various organizations, including the Barbados Public Workers Credit Union, ITCC Ltd in Nigeria, and the Caribbean Disaster and Emergency Management Agency. She has designed leadership and management development programs for organizations such as Deutsche Bank (U.K.) and FirstCaribbean International Bank (Barbados).
As an executive coach, Felicia frequently speaks at conferences on performance management, culture change, business transformation, and economic growth for Small Island States. She also delivers masterclasses on business growth through strategy, leadership, and performance improvement.
Felicia holds an MBA from Kingston Business School (UK) and an LLB from the University of Wales College of Cardiff. She became a Barrister in 1994 and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (U.K.) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (U.K.). She has held leadership positions, including Practice Partner at Tyrer Roxburgh Solicitors U.K., where she led the firm’s strategy development, reducing financial losses and winning the ‘Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year’ award.
